Vitreoliza (laser myelosuppression) is a highly effective, minimally invasive procedure that involves using a nanopulsed YAG laser to vaporize the vitreous flakes of the eye. Performed with Ellex's Reflex™ technology, this procedure can significantly improve a patient's perception of their visual quality. This technique is recommended for all patients with vitreous disorders, which patients describe as muscles, dots, lines, commas, nubs or particles in the visual field that move in conjunction with eyeball movements.

Transscleral laser cyclophotocoagulation micropulsedă. This modern procedure is the only non-invasive and repetitive option used to reduce intraocular pressure in patients with decompensated tension glaucoma. Micropulsed transscleral laser cyclophotocoagulation delivers the laser in short bursts giving the tissue time to cool between applications and thus the chances of complications are reduced. Studies have shown high rates of intraocular pressure reduction, up to 45%. This procedure is recommended for most glaucoma cases to control intraocular pressure and is often the last chance to preserve the eyeball.

Retinal laser photocoagulation is a method by which a thermal coagulation effect of the deep retinal layers is achieved. Laser photocoagulation is indicated in: retinal ischaemia and neovascularisation of various causes, most commonly in diabetic retinopathy and retinal breaks. Retinal laser photocoagulation reduces the risk of vision loss with 50%.

Nd:Yag laser iridotomy. Iridotomy is a laser procedure that is used for the prevention and treatment of acute angle-closure glaucoma, narrow-angle glaucoma and for the prevention of glaucoma in cases of pigment dispersion syndrome. Laser iridotomy consists of making a hole in the iris to facilitate the removal of aqueous humour.

Nd:Yag laser capsulotomy. The procedure involves clearing the visual axis by creating a central gap in the opacified posterior capsule by focusing an Nd:YAG laser pulse with an energy of a few millijoules and a duration of a few nanoseconds. It is used in the treatment of secondary cataract, which is the opacification of the posterior capsule of the lens bag, in a cataract surgery patient.
