La <a href=\"https:\/\/profmunteanu.ro\/en\/\"><strong>Prof. Dr. Munteanu Ophthalmological Centre<\/strong><\/a> trat\u0103m frecvent cazuri de urgen\u021b\u0103 generate de aceste incidente.<\/p><p>A\u0219a cum subliniaz\u0103 <em>Conf. Univ. Dr. Alexandra Preda, PhD, Medic primar oftalmolog<\/em>, consecin\u021bele unui traumatism pot fi severe: <strong>\u201eCu siguran\u021b\u0103 pute\u021bi s\u0103 orbi\u021bi, de aceea este recomandat s\u0103 face\u021bi consultul oftalmologic de urgen\u021b\u0103 dac\u0103 p\u0103\u021bi\u021bi un traumatism ocular.\u201d<\/strong><\/p><p>De la <strong>simplele echimoze<\/strong> (umflarea pleoapei, ochiul ro\u0219u), care, de\u0219i <em>estetic sunt ur\u00e2te<\/em>, nu sunt neap\u0103rat periculoase pentru vedere, p\u00e2n\u0103 la leziuni interne majore, este <strong>foarte important<\/strong> s\u0103 venim la oftalmolog imediat. Ignorarea unui traumatism minor poate permite unei probleme grave s\u0103 evolueze \u00een t\u0103cere.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section Externe)<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p>Dup\u0103 o lovitur\u0103, primele semne vizibile sunt cele externe \u0219i adesea cele mai pu\u021bin periculoase pentru vedere:<\/p><ul><li>Echimoza (V\u00e2n\u0103t\u0103ia): Aceasta apare c\u00e2nd vasele de s\u00e2nge mici de sub piele se rup, duc\u00e2nd la <em>umflarea pleoapei<\/em>.<\/li><li>Hemoragii Subconjunctivale: Aspectul de ochi ro\u0219u intens, cauzat de spargerea vaselor de s\u00e2nge de la suprafa\u021ba ochiului (conjunctiv\u0103).<\/li><\/ul><p>De\u0219i inestetice, aceste leziuni nu sunt periculoase pentru vedere \u0219i se vindec\u0103 de obicei de la sine.
