esen\u021b\u0103, o <strong>tulburare neurologic\u0103<\/strong>, care nu afecteaz\u0103 direct ochiul, ci creierul \u0219i modul \u00een care acesta proceseaz\u0103 informa\u021biile vizuale. Principalul ei element distinctiv este aura vizual\u0103, un set de <strong>simptome oftalmologice<\/strong> temporare care apar, de obicei, \u00eenainte de debutul (sau, mai rar, \u00een timpul) unei dureri de cap.<\/p><p>Simptomele cheie ale <strong>migrenei oftalmologice<\/strong> sunt:<\/p><ul><li><strong>Flash-uri luminoase (scotoame scintilante):<\/strong> Mul\u021bi pacien\u021bi descriu &#8222;lumini sclipitoare&#8221; sau &#8222;zig-zag-uri&#8221; care se deplaseaz\u0103 \u00een c\u00e2mpul vizual.<\/li><li><strong>Vedere \u00een cea\u021b\u0103:<\/strong> O parte a c\u00e2mpului vizual poate deveni \u00eence\u021bo\u0219at\u0103 sau distorsionat\u0103.<\/li><li><strong>Pete negre (scotoame):<\/strong> Apari\u021bia unor pete oarbe sau a unor zone \u00eentunecate \u00een c\u00e2mpul vizual.<\/li><li><strong>Sc\u0103derea acuit\u0103\u021bii vizuale:<\/strong> Vederea poate deveni temporar mai slab\u0103, \u00een \u00eentregul c\u00e2mp vizual sau doar par\u021bial.<\/li><\/ul><p>Aceste simptome vizuale sunt adesea bilaterale (apar la ambii ochi), chiar dac\u0103 pacientul poate avea senza\u021bia c\u0103 le percepe doar la un singur ochi. Ele dureaz\u0103 de obicei \u00eentre 5 \u0219i 60 de minute \u0219i, pentru mul\u021bi pacien\u021bi, sunt urmate de o durere de cap moderat\u0103 p\u00e2n\u0103 la sever\u0103. Cu toate acestea, este important de \u0219tiut c\u0103 <strong>migrena oftalmologic\u0103<\/strong> &#8222;poate s\u0103 asocieze sau nu durerea de cap, cefalea&#8221;.
