href=\"https:\/\/profmunteanu.ro\/en\/dezlipirea-de-retina\/\"><strong>dezlipire de retin\u0103<\/strong><\/a> este, f\u0103r\u0103 \u00eendoial\u0103, una dintre cele mai dificile pe care un pacient le poate primi. Chiar \u0219i dup\u0103 o interven\u021bie chirurgical\u0103 de succes, speran\u021ba unei recuper\u0103ri complete este mare. \u00cens\u0103, exist\u0103 situa\u021bii, de\u0219i mai pu\u021bin frecvente, \u00een care apare o recidiv\u0103 a dezlipirii de retin\u0103.<\/p><p>La <a href=\"https:\/\/profmunteanu.ro\/en\/\"><strong>Prof. Dr. Munteanu Ophthalmological Centre<\/strong> <\/a>din Timi\u0219oara, \u00een\u021belegem c\u0103 acest lucru poate fi frustrant \u0219i greu de acceptat, at\u00e2t pentru pacien\u021bi, c\u00e2t \u0219i pentru medici. Scopul acestui articol este s\u0103 explic\u0103m de ce se poate \u00eent\u00e2mpla o recidiv\u0103 a dezlipirii de retin\u0103, ce implic\u0103 o a doua interven\u021bie \u0219i cum abord\u0103m href=\"https:\/\/profmunteanu.ro\/en\/interventii-chirurgicale\/\">interven\u021bie chirurgical\u0103<\/a> pentru <strong>dezlipirea de retin\u0103<\/strong> are <strong>rezultate foarte bune<\/strong>, exist\u0103 situa\u021bii \u00een care retina nu r\u0103m\u00e2ne complet ata\u0219at\u0103 sau se poate decola din nou. Aceast\u0103 situa\u021bie, cunoscut\u0103 drept recidiv\u0103, poate ap\u0103rea la c\u00e2teva s\u0103pt\u0103m\u00e2ni sau chiar luni dup\u0103 prima opera\u021bie.<br \/>Vestea unei <strong>dezlipiri de retin\u0103<\/strong> este, f\u0103r\u0103 \u00eendoial\u0103, una dintre cele mai dificile pe care un pacient le poate primi. <\/p><p>Exist\u0103 mai multe motive pentru care o dezlipire de retin\u0103 poate reveni, printer care:<br \/>\u2022 <strong>Traumatisme oculare<\/strong>: Un nou traumatism la nivelul ochiului, chiar \u0219i minor, poate afecta stabilitatea retinei reata\u0219ate;<br \/>\u2022 <strong>Rupturi retiniene noi sau nedetectate;<\/strong><br \/>\u2022 <strong>Condi\u021bii preexistente:<\/strong> Anumite afec\u021biuni oculare sau sistemice pot predispune la un risc mai mare de recidiv\u0103.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-b502f66 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"b502f66\" data-element_type=\"section\" data-e-type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-c467096\" data-id=\"c467096\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d64630a elementor-widget elementor-widget-spacer\" data-id=\"d64630a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"spacer.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-spacer\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-spacer-inner\"><\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0a22c93 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"0a22c93\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">C\u00e2t de frecvent\u0103 este recidiva dup\u0103 opera\u021bia de dezlipire de retina<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a23c6cf elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"a23c6cf\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Este important de re\u021binut c\u0103 &#8222;80% din <strong>dezlipirile de retin\u0103<\/strong> au un parcurs favorabil dup\u0103 prima interven\u021bie, iar <strong>20% experimenteaz\u0103 o recidiv\u0103<\/strong> mai devreme sau mai t\u00e2rziu dup\u0103 prima interven\u021bie chirurgical\u0103.&#8221;
