href=\"https:\/\/profmunteanu.ro\/en\/totul-despre-cataracta\/\">Cataract<\/a> congenital\u0103 este o afec\u021biune ocular\u0103 prezent\u0103 \u00eenc\u0103 de la na\u0219tere sau ap\u0103rut\u0103 \u00een primele luni de via\u021b\u0103. Aceasta se manifest\u0103 prin opacifierea cristalinului, lentila natural\u0103 a ochiului, ceea ce duce la sc\u0103derea sever\u0103 a vederii. \u00cen cazul lui Norbert, aceast\u0103 boal\u0103 a afectat ochiul drept \u0219i a necesitat, \u00een copil\u0103rie, o interven\u021bie de\u00a0<strong>excizie a cristalinului<\/strong>\u00a0(opera\u021bie de cataract\u0103 intracapsular\u0103). Din cauza limit\u0103rilor tehnologice ale vremii,\u00a0<strong>nu s-a putut implanta un cristalin artificial<\/strong>, l\u0103s\u00e2nd ochiul \u201eafak\u201d \u2013 adic\u0103 f\u0103r\u0103 cristalin.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section Cristalinul este responsabil pentru focalizarea corect\u0103 a imaginilor pe retin\u0103. Aceast\u0103 devia\u021bie nu afecteaz\u0103 doar estetica fe\u021bei, ci \u0219i echilibrul emo\u021bional \u0219i social al pacientului.
