cauzat\u0103 de o dezvoltare anormal\u0103 a sistemului de drenaj al ochiului. Aceast\u0103 dezvoltare deficitar\u0103 determin\u0103 o cre\u0219tere a presiunii intraoculare (tensiunii oculare), ceea ce afecteaz\u0103 nervul optic \u0219i poate duce la pierderea vederii, dac\u0103 nu este tratat\u0103 la timp.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aceast\u0103 form\u0103 de glaucom este, \u00een multe cazuri, ereditar\u0103, dar poate ap\u0103rea \u0219i f\u0103r\u0103 antecedente familiale. Ochii pot p\u0103rea mai mari dec\u00e2t \u00een mod normal (buftalmie);<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; Copilul \u00ee\u0219i freac\u0103 frecvent ochii, \u00een \u00eencercarea de a-\u0219i \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021bi vederea;<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; Privirea neclar\u0103 \u2013 copilul nu fixeaz\u0103 corect obiectele sau fe\u021bele;<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; Poate ap\u0103rea \u0219i o deviere a globilor oculari \u2013 ochiul se rote\u0219te involuntar \u00eentr-o parte sau alta.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Este important de men\u021bionat c\u0103 <a href=\"https:\/\/profmunteanu.ro\/en\/cum-stii-daca-ai-glaucom\/\">glaucomul infantil<\/a> poate progresa rapid, iar simptomele pot fi u\u0219or confundate cu alte afec\u021biuni, precum conjunctivita sau oboseala ocular\u0103.
