Center<\/strong>, <strong><em>opera\u021bia de cataract\u0103<\/em><\/strong> este realizat\u0103 cu cele mai moderne tehnici \u0219i aparate de v\u00e2rf din \u00eentreaga lume. Aceast\u0103 combina\u021bie \u00eentre tehnologie de ultim\u0103 genera\u021bie \u0219i experien\u021ba vast\u0103 a chirurgilor no\u0219tri face ca <strong><em>interven\u021bia chirurgical\u0103<\/em><\/strong> s\u0103 fie extrem de u\u0219oar\u0103 pentru pentru opera\u021bia de cataract\u0103<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section pentru <a href=\"https:\/\/profmunteanu.ro\/en\/totul-despre-cataracta\/\"><strong>opera\u021bia de cataract\u0103<\/strong><\/a> este stabilirea unui diagnostic precis, care necesit\u0103 un <strong>consult oftalmologic<\/strong> \u00een cadrul clinicii noastre. La consulta\u021bie, pacientului i se efectueaz\u0103 un <strong><em>examen oftalmologic complet<\/em><\/strong> \u0219i se realizeaz\u0103 toate m\u0103sur\u0103torile necesare, inclusiv biometria, microscopia specular\u0103, ecografia etc. \u00cen func\u021bie de rezultatele acestor investiga\u021bii, se stabile\u0219te tipul de cristalin artificial cel mai potrivit pentru pacient, dup\u0103 care se programeaz\u0103 <strong>opera\u021bia de cataract\u0103.<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section de siguran\u021b\u0103,<\/strong> to\u021bi pacien\u021bii no\u0219tri sunt ruga\u021bi s\u0103 prezinte o serie de analize de laborator \u0219i investiga\u021bii.<\/p><ul><li>Hemoleucograma<\/li><li>Coagulograma (Timp Quick (PT), APTT, INR)<\/li><li>Glicemie<\/li><li>Ag HBs (Antigenul de suprafa\u0163\u0103 al virusului hepatitei B)<\/li><li>Anti-HCV (Anticorpi anti Virus Hepatitic C)<\/li><li>Anti-HIV 1+2 (Anticorpi anti HIV 1+2)<\/li><li>Consult cardiologic \u0219i Electrocardiograma (ambele semnate \u0219i parafate de c\u0103tre un medic cardiolog)<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Opera\u021bia pentru cataract\u0103,<\/strong> fiind un act chirurgical c\u0103ruia \u00eei acord\u0103m maximum de aten\u021bie, nu va putea fi efectuat\u0103 dac\u0103 pacien\u021bii nu vor prezenta toate analizele \u0219i investiga\u021biile de mai sus.<\/p><p>Opera\u021bia nu poate fi efectuat\u0103 f\u0103r\u0103 aceste documente actualizate \u0219i care au o vechime de maxim 6 luni fa\u021b\u0103 de data programat\u0103 a <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/profmunteanu.ro\/en\/interventii-chirurgicale\/\">interven\u021biei chirurgicale<\/a> pentru cataract\u0103.<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-085ca3a elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" cataract\u0103<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-754631c elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"754631c\" data-element_type=\"section\" pacientul s\u0103 \u00ee\u0219i continue via\u021ba normal\u0103, s\u0103 se alimenteze \u0219i s\u0103 \u00ee\u0219i desf\u0103\u0219oare activit\u0103\u021bile zilnice obi\u0219nuite. Tratamentul pentru alte afec\u021biuni trebuie luat \u00een continuare, inclusiv \u00een ziua opera\u021biei, f\u0103r\u0103 \u00eentreruperi, mai ales tratamentul antihipertensiv sau antidiabetic.<\/p><p>\u00cen ziua opera\u021biei, pacientul va consuma o mas\u0103 u\u0219oar\u0103 \u0219i va bea lichide ca \u00eentr-o zi obi\u0219nuit\u0103. Se va \u00eembr\u0103ca confortabil \u0219i va evita consumul de alcool.
