Ea apare datorit\u0103 prolifer\u0103rii, migra\u021biei \u0219i diferen\u021bierii celulelor epiteliale ale cristalinului (LECs) pe capsula posterioar\u0103, duc\u00e2nd la afectarea vederii. PCO poate afecta pacien\u021bii la c\u00e2teva luni p\u00e2n\u0103 la ani dup\u0103 opera\u021bie \u0219i este diagnosticat\u0103 prin examen clinic.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section investiga\u021bie, \u00eens\u0103 niciuna nu a demonstrat \u00eenc\u0103 eficacitate sau siguran\u021b\u0103 concludente.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section
