Extrac\u021bia firelor de sutur\u0103 oculare este o procedur\u0103 delicat\u0103, prin care se \u00eendep\u0103rteaz\u0103 cu grij\u0103 firele de sutur\u0103 utilizate \u00een opera\u021bii oculare. relativ\u0103 de timp dup\u0103 procedur\u0103, ce variaz\u0103 \u00eentre o sapt\u0103m\u00e2n\u0103 \u0219i c\u00e2teva Proceduri oftalmologice care necesit\u0103 suturare<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-1f6fd25 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"1f6fd25\" data-element_type=\"section\" data-e-type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-d21e36e\" data-id=\"d21e36e\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-91d6b8e elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"91d6b8e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Procedurile oftalmologice care necesit\u0103 suturare:<\/p><ul><li><a href=\"https:\/\/profmunteanu.ro\/en\/totul-despre-cataracta\/\"><strong>Opera\u021bia de cataract\u0103<\/strong><\/a>: interven\u021bia clasic\u0103 de cataract\u0103, necomplicat\u0103, prin facoemulsificare \u0219i folosind microincizii corneene, nu necesit\u0103, de cele mai multe ori, suturarea corneei. Exist\u0103 \u00eens\u0103 cazuri \u00een care v\u00e2rsta \u00eenaintat\u0103 a pacientului, gradul avansat de cataract\u0103 sau calitatea corneei fac necesar\u0103 pozi\u021bionarea unui punct de sutur\u0103 ce este apoi \u00eendep\u0103rtat la vizita din cabinetul medicului oftalmolog.<\/li><\/ul><ul><li><strong>Implantarea unui cristalin artifical nefoldabil<\/strong>: fie c\u0103 vorbim de un implant cu fixare irian\u0103 (iris-claw) sau de un implant cu fixare scleral\u0103 (PMMA IOL), acestea necesit\u0103 crearea unei incizii corneene largi pentru introducerea \u00een camera anterioar\u0103 a ochiului cu sutura ulterioar\u0103 a corneei \u00een mai multe puncte.<\/li><\/ul><ul><li><strong>Un traumatism ocular cu plag\u0103 cornean\u0103 sau corneo-scleral\u0103<\/strong>: cazul cel mai nefericit \u00een care avem nevoie de suturi oculare este cel al unui traumatism ocular forte ce implic\u0103 o plag\u0103 cornean\u0103 penetrant\u0103 cu sau f\u0103r\u0103 hernie de viscere. \u00cen acest caz, interven\u021bia chirurgical\u0103 este urgent\u0103 \u0219i presupune sutura tuturor structurilor cu lips\u0103 de continuitate (cornee, iris, scler\u0103, conjunctiv\u0103), dar uneori \u0219i a anexelor (pielea pleoapei, tars) cu \u00eencercarea de refacere anatomic\u0103 a globului ocular.<\/li><\/ul><ul><li><a href=\"https:\/\/profmunteanu.ro\/en\/pterigionul\/\"><strong>Pterigion<\/strong><\/a>: atunci c\u00e2nd aceast\u0103 forma\u021biune conjunctival\u0103 benign\u0103 este bine dezvoltat\u0103 \u0219i obstrueaz\u0103 vederea, interven\u021bia chirurgical\u0103 este iminent\u0103. Dup\u0103 excizie, medicul dumneavostr\u0103 poate opta sau nu pentru o plastie conjunctival\u0103 care va necesita c\u00e2teva fire de sutur\u0103 superficiale.<\/li><\/ul><ul><li><strong>Transplant de cornee<\/strong>: un transplant perforant de cornee presupune \u00eenlocuirea corneei bolnave, \u00een toat\u0103 grosimea sa, pe un diametru aproximativ de 8 mm, cu o gref\u0103 de la donator. Fixarea corneei transplantate se face printr-o sutur\u0103 continu\u0103 de tip \u201eoverlock\u201d sau suturi simple \u00eentrerupte \u00een num\u0103r de 16 p\u00e2n\u0103 la 32. Aceste fire de sutur\u0103 sunt \u00eengropate pentru a nu irita conjunctiva \u0219i sunt p\u0103strate p\u00e2n\u0103 la 1 sau 2 ani c\u00e2nd sunt extrase printr-o alt\u0103 interven\u021bie chirurgical\u0103.<\/li><\/ul><ul><li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/profmunteanu.ro\/en\/keratoconus\/\">Keratoconus<\/a> cu hydrops cornean<\/strong>: aceast\u0103 complica\u021bie acut\u0103 a keratoconusului avansat necesit\u0103 suturarea \u00een puncte cheie a corneei pentru a gr\u0103bi vindecarea.<\/li><\/ul><ul><li><strong>Opera\u021bia de trabeculectomie<\/strong>: chirurgia filtrant\u0103 a glaucomului este adesea ultima op\u021biune de tratament \u00een glaucom, atunci c\u00e2nd cel\u0103lalte op\u021biuni terapeutice nu sunt suficiente. Aceasta presupune crearea unei c\u0103i suplimentare de drenaj a umorii apoase din ochi \u00een exterior, \u00een spa\u021biul subconjunctival.
