Aceast\u0103 procedur\u0103 non-invaziv\u0103 permite vizualizarea \u00een timp real a fluxului sanguin \u00een retina ochiului. Angiofluorografia retinian\u0103 este esen\u021bial\u0103 \u00een diagnosticarea \u0219i monitorizarea afec\u021biunilor oculare, cum ar fi retinopatia diabetic\u0103 sau degenerescen\u021ba macular\u0103. Reac\u021biile mai severe, cum ar fi urticaria, tromboflebita \u0219i sincopa sunt mai rare. Necroza tisular\u0103 local\u0103 poate ap\u0103rea cu extravazarea colorantului, cu toate acestea, local reg\u0103sim cel mai frecvent durere u\u0219oar\u0103 \u0219i ro\u0219ea\u021b\u0103.<\/p><p>Reac\u021biile adverse severe, amenin\u021b\u0103toare de via\u021b\u0103, de tipul anafilaxiei, stopului cardiac \u0219i al bronhospasmului sunt extrem de rare. De\u0219i nu au fost raportate reac\u021bii adverse grave la femeile \u00eens\u0103rcinate, se recomand\u0103 temporizarea efectu\u0103rii angiofluorografiei retiniene.<\/p><p>Pentru confortul maxim al pacien\u021bilor clinicii, medicul anestezist va fi prezent pe parcursul efectu\u0103rii
