octombrie 2026, un important centru de preg\u0103tire \u00een chirurgia glaucomului<\/strong>, g\u0103zduind un eveniment educa\u021bional de anvergur\u0103 interna\u021bional\u0103, dedicat celor mai recente tehnici \u0219i tehnologii chirurgicale din domeniul oftalmologiei.<\/p><p>La Centrul de formare OPHTACORE Timi\u0219oara s-a desf\u0103\u0219urat <strong>Masterclass-ul Interna\u021bional de Glaucom \u2013 Curs Avansat de Chirurgie Wetlab<\/strong>, organizat sub egida Universit\u0103\u021bii de Medicin\u0103 \u0219i Farmacie \u201eVictor Babe\u0219\u201d Timi\u0219oara, cu girul \u0218colii Europene pentru Studii Avansate \u00een Oftalmologie (ESASO).<\/p><p>Evenimentul a reunit profesori \u0219i speciali\u0219ti interna\u021bionali, oferind medicilor \u0219i studen\u021bilor oportunitatea de a aprofunda metodele moderne de tratament chirurgical al glaucomului, prin sesiuni teoretice \u0219i exerci\u021bii Mihnea Munteanu<\/strong> a declarat:<\/p><p>\u201eEste primul curs pe plan na\u021bional de o asemenea anvergur\u0103 \u0219i avem prezente aici c\u00e2teva personalit\u0103\u021bi de nivel mondial, personalit\u0103\u021bi care au contribuit inclusiv la dezvoltarea unor tehnici prezentate \u00een cadrul prelegerilor. a centrului.<\/p><p>Spa\u021biul de instruire, dotat cu microscoape, sisteme video \u0219i echipamente moderne, a permis demonstrarea \u0219i aplicarea tehnicilor prezentate de exper\u021bii interna\u021bionali.<\/p><p>Prof. univ. dr. Christopher Teng a apreciat nivelul facilit\u0103\u021bilor disponibile la Timi\u0219oara, compar\u00e2nd condi\u021biile de preg\u0103tire cu cele oferite de centrele interna\u021bionale de referin\u021b\u0103. Acesta a eviden\u021biat \u0219i importan\u021ba accesului medicilor tineri la instruire practic\u0103 \u0219i la experien\u021ba speciali\u0219tilor consacra\u021bi.<\/p><p>La r\u00e2ndul s\u0103u, Stanca a eviden\u021biat importan\u021ba transferului de cuno\u0219tin\u021be de la exper\u021bii interna\u021bionali c\u0103tre chirurgii rom\u00e2ni, \u00een vederea cre\u0219terii calit\u0103\u021bii interven\u021biilor efectuate pacien\u021bilor cu glaucom.<\/p><p>Necesitatea unei preg\u0103tiri practice riguroase a fost sus\u021binut\u0103 \u0219i de Prof. univ. dr. K. Sheng Lim, care a atras aten\u021bia asupra complexit\u0103\u021bii chirurgiei glaucomului \u0219i asupra rolului exerci\u021biilor practice \u00een reducerea riscurilor asociate interven\u021biilor.<\/p><p>Prof. univ. dr. G\u00e1bor B. Scharioth a apreciat organizarea evenimentului \u0219i participarea numero\u0219ilor medici tineri, iar Prof. univ. dr. Michael Amon, distins \u00een 24 octombrie 2026 cu titlul de Doctor Honoris Causa al UMF \u201eVictor Babe\u0219\u201d Timi\u0219oara, a eviden\u021biat importan\u021ba form\u0103rii chirurgicale pentru protejarea vederii pacien\u021bilor. Acesta \u0219i-a exprimat \u0219i speran\u021ba dezvolt\u0103rii colabor\u0103rii dintre Viena \u0219i Timi\u0219oara.<\/p><p><strong>Glaucomul reprezint\u0103 una dintre principalele cauze de
