acest caz, tratamentul principal este simplu \u0219i clar: <strong>purtarea corect\u0103 \u0219i permanent\u0103 a ochelarilor<\/strong>.<\/p><p>Opera\u021bia nu este indicat\u0103 \u00een aceast\u0103 situa\u021bie. De ce? Pentru c\u0103 devia\u021bia exist\u0103 doar ca urmare a efortului de focalizare produs de hipermetropie. Ochelarii elimin\u0103 acest efort \u2014 \u0219i implicit devia\u021bia. Nu exist\u0103 un dezechilibru muscular real care s\u0103 necesite corec\u021bie chirurgical\u0103.<\/p><p>Interven\u021bia chirurgical\u0103 pe mu\u0219chii oculari la un copil cu esotropie complet acomodativ\u0103 nu ar rezolva cauza \u2014 \u0219i ar putea produce o deviere \u00een sens opus, spre exterior.
