exercitat\u0103 de vitros asupra retinei<\/li><li><a href=\"https:\/\/profmunteanu.ro\/en\/vitreoliza\/\"><strong>Corpi flotan\u021bi<\/strong> <\/a>(floaters) cu apari\u021bie brusc\u0103 sau \u00een num\u0103r semnificativ crescut fa\u021b\u0103 de anterior \u2013 pot reprezenta semne ale unei hemoragii vitroase sau ale unei rupturi retiniene<\/li><li><strong>Defect de c\u00e2mp vizual<\/strong> descris de pacien\u021bi ca o \u201eperdea&#8221; sau \u201eumbr\u0103&#8221; care acoper\u0103 un sector al vederii \u2013 semnul cel mai sugestiv pentru dezlipire<\/li><li><strong>Absen\u021ba durerii oculare<\/strong> and <strong>absen\u021ba hiperemiei conjunctivale<\/strong> \u2013 elemente care pot induce \u00een eroare pacientul, minimaliz\u00e2nd percep\u021bia urgen\u021bei<\/li><\/ul><p>Simptomele au debut brusc \u0219i evolu\u021bie rapid\u0103, ceea ce diferen\u021biaz\u0103 dezlipirea de retin\u0103 de alte patologii oculare cu evolu\u021bie cronic\u0103.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-816b283 elementor-widget elementor-widget-spacer\" data-id=\"816b283\"
