sigure \u0219i mai reu\u0219ite proceduri chirurgicale. Cu toate acestea, \u00een cazuri rare, poate surveni <strong>deplasarea cristalinului<\/strong> artificial (lentila intraocular\u0103 sau LIO) implantat. Aceast\u0103 deplasare poate varia de la o u\u0219oar\u0103 rota\u021bie la o dislocare complet\u0103, afect\u00e2nd calitatea vederii.<\/p><p>Deplasarea poate ap\u0103rea din mai multe motive, cele mai frecvente fiind:<\/p><ol><li><strong>Traumatismele oculare<\/strong> puternice post-operatorii.<\/li><li><strong>Sl\u0103birea structurilor<\/strong> de sus\u021binere ale ochiului (capsula cristalinian\u0103), \u00een special \u00een cazul unor patologii preexistente.<\/li><li><strong>Rota\u021bia specific\u0103<\/strong> a implanturilor torice.<\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section Minor\u0103 vs. Deplasarea Semnificativ\u0103 <\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section atunci se poate <strong>numai urm\u0103rii<\/strong>, care <strong>nu afecteaz\u0103 vederea semnificativ<\/strong>.\u201d<\/p><p>\u00cen aceste cazuri, pacientul poate s\u0103 nu sesizeze niciun simptom, iar LIO r\u0103m\u00e2ne stabil\u0103. \u00cens\u0103, dac\u0103 dislocarea este mai mare, se impune ac\u021biunea medical\u0103:<\/p><p>\u201eDar dac\u0103 este o deplasare <strong>semnificativ\u0103<\/strong>, atunci acesta ar putea s\u0103 fie <strong>refixat<\/strong> sau, dac\u0103 nu se poate refixare, atunci se poate <strong>schimba cu un implant care se poate fixa la sclera sau se poate fixa la iris<\/strong>.\u201d<\/p><p>Aceast\u0103 distinc\u021bie ne ghideaz\u0103 c\u0103tre dou\u0103 categorii majore de solu\u021bii: repozi\u021bionarea (refixarea) sau schimbarea (explentarea).<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section
