mai mici riscuri \u0219i contraindica\u021bii.<\/strong> Deoarece ofer\u0103 o singur\u0103 zon\u0103 de focalizare clar\u0103 (de obicei la distan\u021b\u0103), designul s\u0103u simplu \u00eel face extrem de stabil \u0219i bine tolerat.<\/li><li><strong>Compromis (Risc Asteptat):<\/strong> Riscul nu este de natur\u0103 medical\u0103, ci func\u021bional\u0103: <strong>necesit\u0103 corec\u021bie la aproape<\/strong>. Pacientul va fi dependent de ochelari pentru citit, utilizarea telefonului sau lucrul la calculator.<\/li><li><strong>Contraindica\u021bii:<\/strong> Aproape inexistente. Orice rota\u021bie a lentilei (chiar \u0219i de c\u00e2teva grade) anuleaz\u0103 corec\u021bia astigmatismului \u0219i poate reintroduce vederea \u00eence\u021bo\u0219at\u0103 sau distorsionat\u0103.<\/li><li><strong>Solu\u021bie:<\/strong> Dac\u0103 se descentreaz\u0103, necesit\u0103 <strong>recentrarea lor tot intraoperator<\/strong>. Ele ofer\u0103 o tranzi\u021bie mai lin\u0103 de la distan\u021b\u0103 la intermediar.<\/li><li><strong>Compromis (Halouri):<\/strong> <strong>Au mai pu\u021bine halouri dec\u00e2t cele multifocale<\/strong>, deoarece nu \u00eempart lumina \u00een focare discrete, ci extind o singur\u0103 zon\u0103 de claritate.<\/li><li><strong>Risc\/Compromis Func\u021bional:<\/strong> \u00cen general, EDOF nu ofer\u0103 aceea\u0219i claritate perfect\u0103 la distan\u021ba de citit foarte aproape (sub 30 cm) pe care o ofer\u0103 un trifocal.
