Ele pot fi idiopatice \u0219i sunt \u00een general apar la persoanele \u00een v\u00e2rst\u0103 sau secundare inflama\u021biei cronice conjunctivale, cum ar fi \u00een trahom. Ele exist\u0103 de obicei \u00een spa\u021biul subepitelial al conjunctivei palpebrale sau al fornixurilor. Concre\u021biunile calcare conjuctivale sunt deobicei asimptomatice atunci c\u00e2nd sunt mici, dar cele mai mari pot provoca simptome.<\/p><p>Care sunt cauzele aparitiei acestor concretiuni?<\/p><p>Concre\u021biunile calcare conjunctivale sunt \u00een mare parte idiopatice \u0219i rezult\u0103 din modific\u0103rile degenerative ale conjunctivei datorate \u00eemb\u0103tr\u00e2nirii.<\/p><p>Cauzele secundare includ:<\/p><p>O tulburare alergic\u0103 sau infec\u021bioas\u0103 cronic\u0103 care afecteaz\u0103 suprafa\u021ba conjunctival\u0103, cum ar fi trahomul, keratoconjunctivita alergic\u0103, keratoconjunctivita atopic\u0103<\/p><p>Boala de ochi uscat asociat\u0103 cu inflama\u021bie de grad sc\u0103zut: meibomita cronic\u0103 sau sindromul de ochi uscat.<\/p><p>Recristalizarea anumitor pic\u0103turi: sulfadiazine<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section Ele sunt caracterizate prin instabilitatea filmului lacrimal \u0219i simptomele oculare, inclusiv instabilitatea filmului lacrimal \u0219i osmolaritatea crescut\u0103 a filmului lacrimal. Anomaliile neurosenzoriale joac\u0103 un rol \u00een sectretia lacrimala, inflama\u021bie \u0219i deteriorarea suprafe\u021bei oculare. Acestea sunt leziuni chistice \u00een spa\u021biul subepitelial, dar au lichid limpede, spre deosebire de concre\u021biile care sunt solide \u0219i pline cu keratina.<\/li><li>Folicul limfoid: acestea se g\u0103sesc \u0219i \u00een spa\u021biul subepitelial, dar sunt de obicei difuze \u0219i multiple. Din punct de vedere histologic, au limfocite imature centrale \u0219i celule mature \u00eenconjur\u0103toare.<\/li><\/ol><p>Rareori \u00een cazul oftalmiei nodose: oftalmia nodos\u0103 este un r\u0103spuns inflamator conjunctival sau corneean la p\u0103r \u0219i alte corpuri str\u0103ine. De asemenea, pot provoca abraziuni liniare multiple pe cornee. Cu toate acestea, spre deosebire de concre\u021biunile conjunctivale, ace\u0219ti ochi prezint\u0103 mai mult\u0103 inflama\u021bie \u0219i o reac\u021bie granulomatoas\u0103 \u00een jurul corpului strain.<\/p><p>Medicii oftalmologii sunt cei care diagnosticheaz\u0103 concre\u021biunile conjunctivale. Diagnosticul necesit\u0103 confirmare biomicroscopica. Trebuie subliniat\u0103 natura benign\u0103 a afec\u021biunii. Tratamentul ar trebui s\u0103 fie efectuat numai de catre un medic oftalmolog. Nu toate cazurile necesit\u0103 tratament, doar cazurile simptomatice. De obicei, histopatologia nu este necesar\u0103.<\/p><p>\u00a0In urma efectuarii consultului oftalmologic, medical oftalmolog va stabili diagnosticul de certitudine si se va recomanda cea mai buna varianta de tratament. Se pot prescrie lacrimi artificiale, pentru lubrefierea si protectia suprafetei oculare sau se poate efectua procedura de excizie a concretiuniunilor calcare conjunctivale, care necesita anestezie locala, se efectueaza in ambulator, iar pacientul isi poate relua activitatile uzuale imediat dupa
