Papilloma is one of the most common eyelid tumour formations. Most of the time it is benign, but aggressive malignant forms can also occur.<\/p><p>They can be located anywhere on the epithelial surface, but in some cases they occur exclusively in the eye. Histopathological examination is necessary for a definite diagnosis.<\/span><\/p><p><u><span lang=\"RO\">Squamous papilloma\u00a0<\/span><\/u><span lang=\"RO\">- is the most common eyelid epithelial tumor lesion. It can present as a single or multiple form, and most often involves the free edge of the eyelid. The base of implantation can be sessile or pedicled, and the diagnosis can be made according to the clinical picture or histopathological examination.<\/span><\/p><p><span lang=\"RO\"><b>Differential diagnosis<\/b> se face cu: keratoza seboreica, verucca vulgara si nevul intradermic.
