experien\u021bei operatorului, ci rezultatul unei sinergii \u00eentre competen\u021ba clinic\u0103 a oftalmologului \u0219i precizia tehnologic\u0103 de ultim\u0103 genera\u021bie.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section Astfel, inciziile sunt planificate \u0219i executate cu o acurate\u021be microscopic\u0103. Prin activarea algoritmilor bazati pe AI, se reu\u0219e\u0219te recunoa\u0219terea automat\u0103 a limitelor anatomice \u0219i ajustarea parametrilor laserului in mod individualizat, \u00een func\u021bie de particularit\u0103\u021bile fiec\u0103rui caz.<\/p><p>Laserul realizeaz\u0103 de asemenea fragmentarea nucleului cristalinian cu precizie, preg\u0103tind calea pentru \u00eendep\u0103rtarea cristalinului opac \u0219i inser\u021bia ulterioar\u0103 a implantului artificial (lentila intraocular\u0103 \u2013 IOL). Acest proces asistat de AI asigur\u0103 un profil geometric ideal pentru stabilitatea implantului \u0219i pentru ob\u021binerea unei refrac\u021bii postoperatorii cat mai \u00een\u0163elege de ce aceasta tehnologie\u00a0 este relevant\u0103 \u00een cataracta pediatric\u0103, e util s\u0103 re\u0163inem c\u00e2teva caracteristici anatomice \u015fi biologice:<\/p><ul><li>Capsula cristalinului la copii este <strong>mult mai elastic\u0103<\/strong> dec\u00e2t la adul\u0163i. Aceasta conduce la extindere (\u201eshrinkage\u201d invers) sau deformare u\u015foar\u0103 a capsulorhexisului dac\u0103 nu este bine controlat.<\/li><li>Cristalinul este mai curbat, ochiul este mai mic (camera anterioar\u0103 adesea mai pu\u0163in ad\u00e2nc\u0103), irisul \u0219i pupila pot fi mai mobile, iar comorbidit\u0103\u0163ile (luxatii de cristalin, opacit\u0103\u021bi dense, coexisten\u0163a cu alte anomalii) sunt mai frecvente.<\/li><li>Riscul de opacifiere secundar\u0103 a capsulei posterioare este mult mai mare la copii dec\u00e2t la adul\u0163i, ceea ce justific\u0103 adesea efectuarea capsulotomiei posterioare sau prevenirea interven\u0163iilor suplimentare.<\/li><li>\u00cen chirurgia pediatric\u0103 se opereaz\u0103 sub anestezie general\u0103, deci timpul \u00een sala de opera\u021bie, manipul\u0103rile, transferurile pacientului au costuri mai mari (din perspectiva siguran\u0163ei, stresului, logisticii).<\/li><\/ul><p>Platforma Z8 Neo bazata pe AI ofera posibilitatea realiz\u0103rii unei capsulotomii precise \u0219i controlabile, cu margini uniforme, circularitate bun\u0103 c\u00e2t \u0219i programarea diametrului capsulotomiei.
