Medical\u0103<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section (DMLV)<\/strong> este o afec\u021biune cronic\u0103 care afecteaz\u0103 <strong>macula<\/strong> (centrul vederii). Forma cea mai agresiv\u0103 \u0219i rapid progresiv\u0103 este cea <strong>neovascular\u0103<\/strong> (sau &#8222;umed\u0103&#8221; ori &#8222;hemoragic\u0103&#8221;).<\/p><p>Aceast\u0103 form\u0103 este cauzat\u0103 de cre\u0219terea anormal\u0103 a unor vase de s\u00e2nge fragile sub retin\u0103. Aceste vase sunt defecte \u0219i se sparg u\u0219or, duc\u00e2nd la <strong>hemoragii<\/strong> (s\u00e2nger\u0103ri) \u0219i la <strong>edem<\/strong> (umflare) la nivelul maculei. Consecin\u021ba este o deteriorare rapid\u0103 \u0219i sever\u0103 a vederii centrale.<\/p><p>A\u0219a cum men\u021bioneaz\u0103 Dr. Servet Yasar, apari\u021bia DMLV neovascular\u0103 este o situa\u021bie grav\u0103 care necesit\u0103 interven\u021bie imediat\u0103 pentru a preveni pierderea ireversibil\u0103 a
