Aceast\u0103 lentil\u0103 \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021be\u0219te semnificativ vederea la aproape, permi\u021b\u00e2nd citirea textelor mici la o distan\u021b\u0103 de aproximativ 15 cm. Din aceast\u0103 cauz\u0103, mul\u021bi pacien\u021bi \u0219i-au exprimat regretul \u0219i nemul\u021bumirea fa\u021b\u0103 de aceste implanturi telescopice.<\/p><p>\u00cen contrast, SML este conceput s\u0103 \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021beasc\u0103 vizualizarea la distan\u021be mici \u0219i nu afecteaz\u0103 vederea periferic\u0103, care este crucial\u0103 pentru pacien\u021bii cu degenerescen\u021b\u0103 macular\u0103. Totu\u0219i, pentru a beneficia de func\u021bia de m\u0103rire a textului, materialul citit trebuie s\u0103 fie amplasat la o distan\u021b\u0103 u\u0219or mai mica dec\u00e2t distan\u021ba normal\u0103 de citire (de exemplu, 15 cm fa\u021b\u0103 de 30-40 cm). Cu toate acestea, mul\u021bi pacien\u021bi \u00een v\u00e2rst\u0103 cu degenerescen\u021b\u0103 macular\u0103 vor g\u0103si aceast\u0103 solu\u021bie mult mai u\u0219oar\u0103 dec\u00e2t s\u0103 \u021bin\u0103 o lup\u0103 de m\u0103rit la o distan\u021b\u0103 similar\u0103 \u00een mod stabil.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section
