Die wichtigsten Strukturen, die auf einer Retinofotografie sichtbar gemacht werden k\u00f6nnen, sind die zentrale und periphere Netzhaut, die Netzhautgef\u00e4\u00dfe, der Sehnervenkopf und die Makula. Der Patient sollte aufrecht im Mikroskopstativ sitzen und einige Sekunden lang nach vorne schauen, bis das Blitzlicht aufleuchtet. Das bedeutet, dass neben Augenkrankheiten auch Anzeichen anderer Gef\u00e4\u00dfkrankheiten (z. B. Schlaganfall, Herzkrankheiten, Bluthochdruck und Diabetes) mit der Retinophotographie fr\u00fchzeitig erkannt werden k\u00f6nnen. Fr\u00fche Anzeichen dieser Erkrankungen k\u00f6nnen auf der Netzhaut erscheinen, lange bevor Sehver\u00e4nderungen oder allgemeine Symptome bemerkt werden.<\/p><p>Pathologien, die mit Retinophotographie diagnostiziert und verfolgt werden k\u00f6nnen:<\/p><ul><li><strong>Diabetes<\/strong>Anf\u00e4ngliche mikrovaskul\u00e4re Ver\u00e4nderungen bei diabetischer Retinopathie veranlassen uns oft dazu, den Patienten zum ersten Mal an den Diabetologen zu \u00fcberweisen.<\/li><li><strong>Bluthochdruck<\/strong>Klassische Anzeichen einer hypertensiven Retinopathie sind Verengungen der Blutgef\u00e4\u00dfe mit arterioven\u00f6ser Verengung, schlaffe Blutungen und Netzhautexsudate, die Warnzeichen f\u00fcr einen Schlaganfall sind.<\/li><li><a href=\"https:\/\/profmunteanu.ro\/de\/glaucomul\/\"><strong>Glaucom<\/strong><\/a>Die Retinophotographie kann eine beginnende Sch\u00e4digung des Sehnervs aufzeigen, die durch einen zu hohen Augeninnendruck verursacht wird, der die Blutgef\u00e4\u00dfe in diesem Bereich zusammendr\u00fcckt.<\/li><li><strong>Altersbedingte Makuladegeneration (AMD)<\/strong>): Die Bildgebung der Netzhaut zeigt Anzeichen von AMD, wie das Vorhandensein von Drusen, H\u00e4morrhagien oder Pigmentver\u00e4nderungen der Makula. Diese Pathologie ist die Hauptursache f\u00fcr den Sehkraftverlust bei Patienten \u00fcber 50, so dass die Retinofotografie in dieser Altersgruppe eine grundlegende Untersuchung darstellt.<\/li><li><a href=\"https:\/\/profmunteanu.ro\/de\/dezlipirea-de-retina\/\"><strong>Netzhautabl\u00f6sung<\/strong><\/a>: Bei Patienten, die Lichtblitze, helle Sterne oder schwebende Flecken wahrnehmen, die die Sicht behindern, k\u00f6nnen wir mit der Netzhautfotografie schnell eine Netzhautabl\u00f6sung feststellen. Diese Erkrankung ist ein medizinischer Notfall, der umgehend behandelt werden muss, um einen dauerhaften Verlust des Sehverm\u00f6gens zu verhindern; eine fr\u00fchzeitige Erkennung ist daher unerl\u00e4sslich.<\/li><li><strong>Krebs<\/strong>: Die Bildgebung der Netzhaut kann die Chancen der Patienten auf eine erfolgreiche Behandlung bestimmter Krebsarten erheblich verbessern. Hochaufl\u00f6sende Bilder der Netzhaut k\u00f6nnen fr\u00fche Anzeichen bestimmter Krebsarten erkennen, wie z. B. das maligne Aderhautmelanom, das die Netzhaut im Fr\u00fchstadium leicht pigmentiert erscheinen l\u00e4sst. Wenn diese Anzeichen fr\u00fchzeitig erkannt werden, k\u00f6nnen die Patienten weiteren Untersuchungen unterzogen werden, um die Diagnose zu best\u00e4tigen, und sie k\u00f6nnen sofort zur Behandlung \u00fcberwiesen werden, um eine Ausbreitung des Krebses auf andere Teile des K\u00f6rpers zu verhindern.<\/li><li><strong>Gutartige Tumore<\/strong>Mit Hilfe der Retinophotographie k\u00f6nnen wir andere Arten von gutartigen Gebilden wie H\u00e4mangiom, choroidaler Pigmentn\u00e4vus, Melanozytom des Sehnervenkopfes, Osteom, Astrozytom, Hamartom oder kongenitale Pigmentepithelhypertrophie diagnostizieren und unter Beobachtung halten.<\/li><li><strong>Netzhautgef\u00e4\u00dfverschl\u00fcsse<\/strong>Zentralvenenverschl\u00fcsse (CRVO), Zentralarterienverschl\u00fcsse (CRAO) und partielle Gef\u00e4\u00dfverschl\u00fcsse sind medizinische Notf\u00e4lle, die ein multidisziplin\u00e4res Vorgehen und eine sofortige Behandlung sowohl auf lokaler, augen\u00e4rztlicher als auch auf allgemeiner kardiovaskul\u00e4rer Ebene erfordern.<\/li><li><strong>Parasit\u00e4re Infektionen<\/strong>Augenparasiteninfektionen gelten weltweit als eine der Hauptursachen f\u00fcr den Verlust des Sehverm\u00f6gens, und die h\u00e4ufigsten Parasiten, die haupts\u00e4chlich das Augengewebe befallen, sind <em>Toxoplasma gondii<\/em>, <em>Toxocara canis<\/em> und <em>Toxocara cati<\/em>, Gattung P<em>Lasmodium<\/em>, <em>Leishmania donovani<\/em>, <em>Onchocerca volvulus<\/em>, <em>Cysticercus cellulosae.<\/em><\/li><li><strong>Virale Infektionen: <\/strong>DNA- (Herpes) und RNA-Viren (R\u00f6teln) k\u00f6nnen eine besonders schwere virale Retinitis verursachen. Die meisten viralen Netzhautentz\u00fcndungen sind mit systemischen Erkrankungen verbunden. Menschen mit geschw\u00e4chtem Immunsystem entwickeln diese Art von L\u00e4sion eher als gesunde Menschen, und die Retinophotographie hilft uns, den Patienten f\u00fcr eine spezifische allgemeine Behandlung an einen Arzt f\u00fcr Infektionskrankheiten zu \u00fcberweisen.<\/li><li><strong>Bakterielle Infektionen: <\/strong>Eine Netzhautentz\u00fcndung durch Augentuberkulose ist in der Allgemeinbev\u00f6lkerung nicht h\u00e4ufig, aber sie hat eine hohe Morbidit\u00e4t und eine oft zur\u00fcckhaltende Sehprognose! Andere Bakterien, die Netzhautsch\u00e4den verursachen k\u00f6nnen, sind solche der Gruppe <em>Bartonella <\/em>(\"Katzenkratzkrankheit\") oder <em>Borrelien<\/em> (Borreliose).<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section
