cataract\u0103, o \u00eentrebare esen\u021bial\u0103 apare frecvent: <strong>Care este durata de via\u021b\u0103 a unui cristalin artificial?<\/strong> Este acesta un tratament <strong>permanent sau pe o perioad\u0103 limitat\u0103<\/strong>?<\/p><p>R\u0103spunsul este unul deosebit de reconfortant: <strong>Cristalinul artificial, odat\u0103 implantat \u00een ochi, este conceput s\u0103 fie permanent.<\/strong><\/p><p>Aceast\u0103 permanen\u021b\u0103 este posibil\u0103 datorit\u0103 progreselor remarcabile \u00een tehnologia materialelor. A\u0219a cum ne explic\u0103 <em>Dr. Manuela Buzescu, Medic primar oftalmolog<\/em> al clinicii noastre, lentila intraocular\u0103:<\/p><p>&#8222;Este fabricat dintr-un material <strong>biodegradabil<\/strong>, foarte <strong>rezistent<\/strong> \u0219i care <strong>nu se degradeaz\u0103 \u00een timp<\/strong>.&#8221;<\/p><p>La <a href=\"https:\/\/profmunteanu.ro\/de\/\"><strong>Prof. Dr. Munteanu Ophthalmologisches Zentrum<\/strong><\/a> utiliz\u0103m <a href=\"https:\/\/profmunteanu.ro\/de\/diferente-esentiale-cristalinul-monofocal-multifocal-edof-si-toric\/\"><strong>cristaline<\/strong> <\/a>de cea mai \u00eenalt\u0103 calitate, fabricate din acrilat sau silicon, materiale inerte, foarte bine tolerate de organism, care \u00ee\u0219i men\u021bin claritatea \u0219i func\u021bionalitatea pe toat\u0103 durata vie\u021bii artificial este un polimer avansat, perfect compatibil cu mediul intraocular. O lovitur\u0103 puternic\u0103 poate sl\u0103bi sau rupe structurile care sus\u021bin cristalinul (sacul cristalinian).<\/li><li><strong>Complica\u021bii Infec\u021bioase:<\/strong> De\u0219i extrem de rare, infec\u021biile post-operatorii severe pot impune \u00eendep\u0103rtarea implantului.<\/li><li><strong>Toleran\u021ba Pacientului (Rare):<\/strong> Exist\u0103 situa\u021bii extrem de rare \u00een care <strong>nu suport\u0103 pacientul cristalinul respectiv<\/strong>, de obicei din cauza unor erori majore de refrac\u021bie post-operatorie care nu pot fi corectate altfel.<\/li><\/ol><p>Aceste evenimente sunt excep\u021bii \u0219i nu reprezint\u0103 norma. Pacientul poate crede c\u0103 lentila artificial\u0103 s-a deteriorat.<\/p><ul><li><strong>Cauza Real\u0103:<\/strong> Dup\u0103 cum ne informeaz\u0103 <a href=\"http:\/\/chrome-extension:\/\/efaidnbmnnnibpcajpcglclefindmkaj\/https:\/\/profmunteanu.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/CV-dr.-BUZESCU-MANUELA-.pdf\" data-wplink-url-error=\"true\"><em>Dr. Manuela Buzescu<\/em><\/a>, acest fenomen nu este din cauza cristalinului, ci din cauza <strong>opacifierii capsulei posterioare<\/strong>. Capsula este o membran\u0103 fin\u0103 care a \u021binut cristalinul natural \u0219i care, dup\u0103 opera\u021bie, sus\u021bine cristalinul artificial. Celulele reziduale de pe aceast\u0103 capsul\u0103 se pot \u00eenmul\u021bi, form\u00e2nd un fel de &#8222;cea\u021b\u0103&#8221; \u00een spatele noii lentile.<\/li><li><strong>Solu\u021bia:<\/strong> \u00cen acest caz, <strong>nu este nevoie s\u0103 \u00eenlocuim cristalinul, ci se rezolv\u0103 situa\u021bia cu un laser<\/strong> YAG.<\/li><\/ul><p>Aceast\u0103 procedur\u0103 se nume\u0219te <strong>capsulotomie laser YAG<\/strong> \u0219i este un tratament rapid, nedureros \u0219i eficient, efectuat \u00een regim ambulatoriu.
