Simptomele chalazionului constau \u00een umfl\u0103turi ro\u0219ii \u0219i sensibile la atingere, senza\u021bia de corp str\u0103in \u00een ochi \u0219i, \u00een unele cazuri, vederea \u00eence\u021bo\u0219at\u0103.<\/p><p>Tratamentul chalazionului implic\u0103 aplicarea de comprese calde, masajul u\u0219or al zonei afectate \u0219i administrarea de medicamente antiinflamatoare. \u00cen cazuri severe, interven\u021bia chirurgical\u0103 poate fi necesar\u0103 pentru drenarea chalazionului. Das Chalazion tritt am h\u00e4ufigsten am oberen Augenlid eines Auges auf, was jedoch nicht die Regel ist. Werden keine fr\u00fchzeitigen Ma\u00dfnahmen ergriffen, kann sich die Entz\u00fcndung auf mehrere Dr\u00fcsen ausbreiten.<\/p><p><strong>Risikofaktoren f\u00fcr die Entstehung eines Bei Funktionsst\u00f6rungen der Meibom-Dr\u00fcsen helfen warme Kompressen, alte Lipidsekrete, die den Ausscheidungsweg der Dr\u00fcsen blockieren, zu schmelzen und zu l\u00f6sen.<\/li><\/ul><ul><li><u>Omexanthin und k\u00fcnstliche Tr\u00e4nen<\/u>Bei einer Dysfunktion der Augenoberfl\u00e4che und einem Syndrom des trockenen Auges ist es notwendig, die Ern\u00e4hrung mit essentiellen Fetts\u00e4uren wie Omega 3 zu erg\u00e4nzen und t\u00e4glich k\u00fcnstliche Tr\u00e4nen zu verwenden.<\/li><\/ul><ul><li><a href=\"https:\/\/profmunteanu.ro\/de\/echipamente\/\"><u>Behandlung mit intensivem gepulstem Licht (IPL)<\/u><\/a>IPL ist eines der beliebtesten Verfahren der Klinik, da es minimal-invasiv und effektiv ist. IPL behandelt den periokularen Bereich mit Licht verschiedener Wellenl\u00e4ngen, das die Inversion der Augenlider thermoreguliert und die Funktion der Meibom-Dr\u00fcsen verbessert, und behandelt und <em>Verh\u00fctung<\/em> das Auftreten eines Chalazions.<\/li><\/ul><ul><li><u>Antibiotische und entz\u00fcndungshemmende Tropfen und Salben<\/u>Die lokale Behandlung mit Antibiotika und Entz\u00fcndungshemmern kann die Ausdehnung und das Fortschreiten der L\u00e4sion begrenzen und die bakterielle Infektion und die Entz\u00fcndungserscheinungen eind\u00e4mmen, insbesondere bei der akuten Entwicklung des Chalazions.<\/li><\/ul><ul><li><u>Antibiotika und orale Entz\u00fcndungshemmer<\/u>: beschr\u00e4nkt auf schwere F\u00e4lle mit offensichtlicher bakterieller Infektion, aber auch in Verbindung mit anderen Hauterkrankungen wie Akne, Rosazea oder seborrhoischer Dermatitis.<\/li><\/ul><ul><li><u>Lokale Steroid-Injektion<\/u>: kann um die L\u00e4sion herum oder direkt in der L\u00e4sion durchgef\u00fchrt werden, die Erfolgsraten liegen nahe bei 80%. Obwohl manchmal eine zweite Injektion erforderlich ist, bevorzugen wir diese therapeutische Option vor allem bei Chalazionen in der N\u00e4he des Tr\u00e4nenpunktes, wo der chirurgische Ansatz mehr anatomische Risiken birgt.<\/li><\/ul><ul><li><u>Chirurgische Exzision<\/u>Nach der Injektion eines Lokalan\u00e4sthetikums wird das Augenlid entfernt und ein vertikaler Schnitt auf der Innenseite, in der Mitte der L\u00e4sion, gesetzt. Der Inhalt wird ges\u00e4ubert und abgeschabt, und in einigen F\u00e4llen kann er zur morphologisch-pathologischen Analyse ins Labor geschickt werden. Es ist kein Nahtmaterial erforderlich. Am Ende der Operation wird eine antibiotische Salbe aufgetragen und das Auge mit einem Druckverband versehen. In den folgenden Tagen nach der Operation kann eine lokale Schwellung bestehen bleiben, die jedoch allm\u00e4hlich abklingt. Durch den ab interno Zugang zum Augenlid hinterl\u00e4sst der Eingriff keine Spuren oder
