Angiofluorographie<\/strong><\/a> ist eine ophthalmologische Untersuchung, die die Durchl\u00e4ssigkeit der Netzhaut- und Aderhautgef\u00e4\u00dfe aufzeigt. Es ist ein einfach durchzuf\u00fchrendes Verfahren und besteht aus einer intraven\u00f6sen Injektion von Florescein (dem Kontrastmittel), das sich in den allgemeinen Blutkreislauf ausbreitet. Mit einer speziellen Kamera, die mit blauem Licht arbeitet, werden Netzhautaufnahmen gemacht. Wegen der unerw\u00fcnschten Wirkungen, die das Kontrastmittel verursachen kann, wird das Verfahren unter Aufsicht eines An\u00e4sthesisten durchgef\u00fchrt. Die Angiofluorographie ist besonders n\u00fctzlich bei der Differenzierung von intraokularen Tumoren, bei der Erstellung einer sicheren Diagnose und bei der therapeutischen Behandlung verschiedener Netzhautpathologien.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Ultraschall-Biomikroskopie<\/strong><\/a> ist ein nicht-invasives Verfahren zur hochaufl\u00f6senden In-vivo-Bildgebung des vorderen Augenabschnitts. Im Vergleich zum herk\u00f6mmlichen A- oder B-Mode-Ultraschall (10 MHz) wird bei der UBM ein Schallkopf mit viel h\u00f6herer Frequenz (35-100 MHz) verwendet. Die UBM ist ein n\u00fctzliches Instrument zur Beurteilung von engen oder geschlossenen Vorderkammerwinkeln und der Pathologie des Ziliark\u00f6rpers und stellt eine wichtige Untersuchung f\u00fcr die Diagnose von Ziliark\u00f6rpertumoren dar.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Optische Koh\u00e4renztomographie <\/strong><\/a>ist ein bildgebendes Verfahren, das mit Licht geringer Intensit\u00e4t Bilder mit einer Aufl\u00f6sung im Mikrometerbereich aufnimmt und so hochaufl\u00f6sende 3D-Bilder der Netzhaut- und Sehnervenstruktur liefert. Es wird f\u00fcr die Diagnose und \u00dcberwachung verschiedener Augenkrankheiten empfohlen: Glaukom (liefert Informationen sowohl \u00fcber den Iris-Horn-Winkel als auch \u00fcber die Parameter der Ganglienzellen und des Sehnervs), altersbedingte Makuladegeneration, diabetische Retinopathie, Makulaforamen, Makula\u00f6deme verschiedener \u00c4tiologien, Optikusneuropathien und Augentraumata.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Hornhauttopographie<\/strong>\u0103 <\/strong>Scheimflug<\/strong> <\/a>liefert ein dreidimensionales Bild des vorderen Augenabschnitts. Diese Technologie liefert Daten zur Form und Kr\u00fcmmung der vorderen und hinteren Hornhautoberfl\u00e4che, zur pachymetrischen Kartierung, zur Gesamtbrechkraft der Hornhaut und zur Biometrie des vorderen Augenabschnitts. F\u00fcr das Fachgebiet der refraktiven Chirurgie verbessert diese Technik die F\u00e4higkeit, F\u00e4lle zu identifizieren, bei denen das Risiko einer ektatischen Erkrankung besteht, sowie die Planung und Bewertung der Ergebnisse chirurgischer Eingriffe. Es wird bei folgenden Pathologien eingesetzt: Keratokonus, konretinale Anomalien verschiedener Ursachen, refraktive Chirurgie und zur Berechnung der Biometrie.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

C\u00e2mpul vizual<\/a> (perimetria). <\/strong>Gesichtsfeldtests werden mit Ger\u00e4ten durchgef\u00fchrt, die Perimeter genannt werden. Diese Begrenzungen k\u00f6nnen manuell oder computergest\u00fctzt sein. Zu den Erkrankungen, bei denen eine Gesichtsfeldpr\u00fcfung empfohlen wird, geh\u00f6ren Glaukom, neurologische Erkrankungen und einige Netzhauterkrankungen. Der Goldstandard in der computergest\u00fctzten Perimetrie ist das Humphrey-Ger\u00e4t von Zeiss, ein Ger\u00e4t, das unserer Klinik geh\u00f6rt.<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Biometrische Daten<\/strong><\/a> ist die Methode zur Berechnung der St\u00e4rke der Kunstlinse, die bei einer Kataraktoperation oder einer refraktiven Operation mit Linsenimplantation in das Auge des Patienten eingesetzt wird. Es gibt zwei Formen der Biometrie, die ber\u00fchrende und die ber\u00fchrungslose (optische).<\/p>\n

Die optische Biometrie ist der derzeitige Standard f\u00fcr die Berechnung der St\u00e4rke von Intraokularlinsen. Die optische Biometrie ist eine hochpr\u00e4zise, nicht-invasive, automatisierte Methode zur Messung anatomischer Merkmale des Auges.
